The Caterra Large Food Warming Mat keeps a full dinner hot from the first plate to the last. Two independently controlled heating zones let you hold a roast at serving temperature on one side while rolls or sides stay gently warm on the other — no chafing dishes, no reheat runs to the kitchen.

Temperature control

Each zone cycles through 7 temperature settings — 104°F, 122°F, 140°F, 158°F, 176°F, 194°F and 212°F. Two one-touch buttons set both zones at once: Auto Med (176°F) and Auto High (212°F). Food-safety guidance is to hold hot food at 140°F or above, so the upper settings sit comfortably in the safe range.

The mat sits on a reflective aluminium insulation pad and raised silicone standoffs, which together minimise heat transfer to the surface underneath — the thing cheaper warming mats are most often criticised for. Always lay the insulation pad down first on wood or laminate.
